Arm64 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms governing your use of the arm64 platform. By registering for or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below. Please read carefully before proceeding.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the arm64 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms apply to all users of the arm64 platform, including visitors without an account, registered members, and anyone accessing our services via web browser, mobile app, or any other permitted method.
Arm64 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full functionality of the arm64 platform, you are required to register a valid account. During registration, you must provide information that is truthful, accurate, and current. arm64 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be using false or misleading information.
Account eligibility requirements:
- Users must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Accounts may not be transferred, shared, or sold to any other party.
- Users are fully responsible for all activities carried out through their account.
Account security: You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. arm64 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact arm64 customer support immediately at [email protected].
General user responsibilities: You agree not to use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful, deceptive, or harmful to others. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical bugs, or disrupt platform operations is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.
3. Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the arm64 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are obtained through lawful means. arm64 reserves the right to decline, delay, or cancel any transaction suspected of involving money laundering or fraudulent activity.
General payment rules:
- Deposits must be made through payment methods listed on the platform and only from an account registered in the user's own name.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as specified in your account's finance section and are subject to change from time to time.
- Arm64 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or third-party payment providers during transaction processing.
- Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the prescribed verification procedures. arm64 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
- Any transaction errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the user are entirely the user's own responsibility.
For any transaction-related dispute, users must contact arm64 customer support within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be eligible for processing.
4. Liability Limitation, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability limitation: arm64 provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be entirely free of technical errors. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, arm64 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Arm64 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to your account, internet or network service disruptions beyond our control, or decisions made by users based on information obtained through the platform.
Intellectual property: All content on the arm64 platform — including trade names, logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of arm64 or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any such content without explicit written permission from arm64.
Third-party links: The arm64 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for informational convenience only. arm64 bears no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
5. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Arm64 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account on reasonable grounds, including but not limited to:
- Violation of any provision in these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Misuse of bonuses or promotions, including attempts to arbitrage or manipulate the rewards system.
- Holding multiple accounts under the same user.
- Providing false information or failing identity verification.
- Requests from relevant law enforcement authorities.
If your account is suspended, arm64 will notify you via your registered email. You have the right to file an appeal by contacting customer support at [email protected] within 14 days of the suspension notice.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded following the completion of the required identity verification process, provided there are no outstanding fraud allegations associated with the account.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Changes to terms: arm64 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be severed from these Terms, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
